Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We currently only support shipping to the 50 states within the U.S. Orders are shipped in 2-5 business days from the purchase date. Once your order is placed it cannot be modified. If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@yellelove.com. We will see if we can fix the address, but we can't guarantee that the address can be fixed before it is shipped.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the purchase date of your item to request a return. Once your request is approved by our support team, you must mail the return within 14 days of that approval.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unworn, and resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.

Examples of items that cannot be resold include:

  • Items with stains, tears, or rips
  • Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)
  • Items with missing labels

DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In this case, we will not charge you for any shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

You can request a return in our online customer portal at account.yellelove.com, or contact us at support@yellelove.com.

Once your request is approved, we will email you with instructions on how to complete your return. You will have 14 days from the request approval to mail the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. This includes both the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.  We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, color, or product, first return the undesired item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of the refund approval. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@yellelove.com.
